The counter staff were very pushy on insurance upsell. He tried to convince me that my travel insurance and CC insurance would not cover my excess. He then went on to tell me that if I was in an accident I would have to pay the daily rate while the car was off the road and my insurance would not cover it. I didn't believe so I called the call centre, and they confirmed this to be true. I won't be using them again for this reason. The other issue was that I could not inspect the car properly due to rain and there was no where under cover to park.

Bargain offers the most affordable cars. I bought third-party insurance from QEEQ. When picking up the car, the staff reminded me about insurance matters and provided a detailed vehicle condition report, including inspection details, with specific locations of every scratch and dent. Bargain's parking space is on the right side after crossing the pedestrian walkway.

Car was better than expected. No issues at all

Will be good to have shorter waiting time during pick up at the counter.

Easy but the promotion code could not be used for some of the car rental companies. Good to have more promotion and discount.
