The guy at pickup was an Indian dude. His accent was a bit hard to understand, but overall he was really friendly. He didn’t try to push any extra insurance on us, and the child seat was sorted perfectly.
The guy at the counter was super friendly, the full coverage basically included everything and was great value for money. The car was in excellent condition and really clean.

Super convenient pickup and drop-off. The rental counter is right outside the airport exit, the car was easy to find, and the staff were really friendly. Driving in Tasmania was the best part though—lots of winding roads, good speeds, and at times it honestly felt like racing. So much fun.
