Was renting a Toyota aygo, but being given a Citroen c1 without any expaination. Car fuel saving is great and we have a safe trip with it! But there's dent below the car that's not written in the check list as their staff don't check during our pickup but he said everything is fine. Hope they don't accused the dent on me.

The overall service was very satisfactory. The car we received was brand new. After completing the paperwork at the counter, follow the orange corridor to the innermost elevator and go down to level -1, where you'll see the Hertz sign. Almost all car pickups are here. Just find the sign of your rental company. The whole process was smooth, and there were no upsells. I checked the car carefully and took some photos.

The pickup and return process was very fast. The initial charge included the rental fee and a full tank's worth of fuel as a deposit. I returned the car with a full tank, and the rental staff said the deposit would be refunded, but I haven't received it yet.
