As always, Japanese car rental companies provide excellent customer service.

There were many people, waited about 15 minutes, very polite

This time at Nagoya Airport, the car was serviced by Times. The staff there were very helpful, especially the young lady who spoke excellent English. She went through all the documents with me, page by page, placing them in a plastic folder for me. She then used a flashlight to show me the condition of the car, and sat in the passenger seat to explain all the controls in detail. After thoroughly explaining everything, she bowed and left.

All the services supplied were excellent. The staff at the office and depot were polite and very helpful.
