45 minutes Wait to be picked up then 40 minutes wait at the counter to get the car. The car had taillight damage also scratch and dents around the whole car. The back interior had dirty seats and some white stuff on the armrest. your company needs more staff so we get a quicker pick-up at the airport and then speedy service at the counter. and cleaner cars.

from waiting around and singing in and waiting more and paying excessive fees for a tranponder but did not want to wait longer and then get a White Jeep which was an updated with cracked windshield, no spare tire and did not want update as we would have had to wait around another hour and only one person working the counter as well as cleaning the vehicle

Open earlier or give refund if car return early for not being open and not charging insurance if have own insurance, it's all about money this company, Horrible

Routes name should be on itinerary top instead of Easy Cars. We took a ride to another car rental agency in rush hour to find out that we needed to get on the Routes shuttle. The name Routes is buried down below on the rental printout. Very unfortunate.
