Great experience at a low price

Pretty good. The main issue was the high insurance cost.

Although the pickup was off-airport, the staff was easily reachable, so there were no worries.

Check in took much longer than expected but vehicle condition was good and we were upgraded at no extra charge

We had to wait for some time to be picked up from the airport when we first arrived. That might have been due to covid and they not wanting to take more than 1 group at the time in the pick up van. We were given a bigger car than booked which was fine by us. Could have had a bigger office

First time using it and it was smooth
