good service overall but make sure you check the vehicle to avoid any charges on return

The customer care service was just terrible!! We were a little bit late to pick up the car and was impossible to talk with him by telephone! I also was charged with a airport fee which was imposed to be included in the price EasyRentCars charged me. I don't think I will repeat.

Had a very long wait of one and a half hours to get the keys at the airport. Firefly knows in advance when people are arriving to collect cars and how many. Why are arrangements not made to deal with customers in a timely manner? The customer service representative did not apologise for the wait. I had 3 young children and it was 11pm at night. Instead he had a go at trying ti confuse me into buying extra insurance.

Car was better than I had booked, so top marks there. Fell foul of the fuel policy (fuel to empty, but only used half a tank). Drop off at Corvera airport is not good; difficult to find office and where should car be parked? Car not checked on return.
