The entire process was quick. The attendant was very enthusiastic, drove the car to the entrance, and patiently explained everything.

Processing was relatively quick, and the service was satisfactory.

When I returned the car, I was asked where the back tray is, and telling me I will have to pay a fine, since it was missing. I answered it wasn't there when I picked the car and the guy said I should have mentioned it when they gave me the car. A part which you cannot see is missing. eventually they "let us go"...

The process of picking up the car took too long. There was a very long queue that moved very slowly. When we were finally served the person, although very nice and helpful, answered the phone while assisting us and had a 10 min conversation with another customer. He also was interrupted by other members of staff and had to stop serving us to speak to them - not great customer service!

good service.however, carseats are expensive
