The guy at pickup was an Indian dude. His accent was a bit hard to understand, but overall he was really friendly. He didn’t try to push any extra insurance on us, and the child seat was sorted perfectly.

Just to be safe, I also took a picture of the fuel gauge before returning the car because I was worried they might try to charge extra for gas. Maybe because we’re careful ourselves, the staff didn’t pull any tricks or make things difficult when we returned the car. They processed everything on the spot and refunded the full deposit right away, which was great.
