Such a simple process. I had all the paperwork ready and that made the process really fast. The car we got was like brand new and very nice to drive. All the other rentals during that time were 2-3 times as expensive, but we didn’t compromise on anything with Routes.

“Great price but inconvenient, wouldn't use this service again for that reason. Just pay the money”

Distance to rental location is far and shuttle not frequent enough. We bought a Lyft ride to get there $22.00 and almost needed to Lyft again back to airport but the shuttle arrived just then.

“First car had a large crack in windshield and back bumper was damaged. Scratches all over car.”

Took guy 15 min when he came back w same car without cracked windshield. Ridiculous to reserve a car and be given one with a cracked windshield from one end to the other and back right bumper damaged.

“I will not use Routes again if I can help it!”

It took a long time to pick up and drop off the car. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes at the counter to pick up the car and 45 minutes to drop off. There were people in the office, but they all just run around not taking care of customers.
