Great customer experience with Samavest, with average car condition

The agent at collection gave excellent service, thoroughly checking the car for damage by using a video and gave advice on parking and petrol stations on the island. Easy handover at the end.

Very easy process.

Not the car I booked but suitable alternative. Clean car and good condition. They did take an extra RM 100 deposit which was not expected but this was returned. Lots of scratches and cosmetic damage on the car before handover not all of which were on the handover form. Needed to spend time going through them and filming them as not fully documented on the form and it would be easy for Samavest to say these were caused by me

Good system and good response However, the price drop monitor - not sure if this is a true reflection of a price drop and re booking

Like: Car was neat and clean. The associate was helpful. They delivered what they promised.
Dislike: At the airport they had a different name on the playcard then what I had on my printout so took a bit of a wait.

Like: Samavest gave us a bigger car despite Perodua Axia which was promised earlier. We have requested to change our drop off venue to Kuah Jetty and they are happy to do that. The person in charge was highly responsive when I told him/her the time I need to drop off the vehicle.
Dislike: We have some issues with the brake. It functioned properly but we heard some screeching whenever we use the brake.
