Had a very pleasant trip despite driving an old, worn-out car. The vehicle lacked power and used a lot of fuel, but it took us to many fun places, fulfilling the purpose of our journey.
The company is owned by Indians, and although communication in person was a bit challenging, everything went smoothly overall. There were no hidden charges, and they even refunded us for the extra fuel we added.
The car might have been too old, making it difficult to overtake. The steering wheel was not very responsive. In general, there were many cars on the highway from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, with high speeds, which made driving quite exhausting.
