I was not aware that the rental location was away from the airport. We had to catch two shuttles

They do not have a free shuttle to and from the airport, they charge $1.50 plus Tax each way. you use the shuttle

Free shuttle advertised on the website should be removed, they charge a fee of $1.50 plus tax each way if I want to use the shuttle to and from the airport

Car was in bad shape, damaged and dirty. Tried to point it out to the rep as exiting the gate and was met with “let me do my job!”

Waited 2 hours to get the car. Tires were marginal. Had to take 2 shuttles to get to the Fox Rental Center.

Easy to maneuver through the process.

depressing agent as I walk in. Grumpy agent despite my efforts to be cheerful. The agent talk in short sentences in heavy accent in whisper. He appeared to be annoyed the whole time. I feel like we had disturbed him for coming in. Never offer a smile from beginning to end. Horrible service! Return car agent move super slow again not cheerful or friendly although his demeanor was slightly better than the check out agent. I get a sense that Fox rent a car agents are lazy, hate their job and does not like customers.
