The service was excellent. I purchased basic insurance on the platform and upgraded to full coverage on-site, so there was no need for reimbursement. The store didn't inspect the vehicle much. Everything was very quick—15 minutes to pick up the car and 5 minutes to return it.

Shouldn’t request any docs or email at the counter. Every thing should be paperless and electronic. And shotten time to pick up vehicle.

Work with budget for paperless to pick up vehicle will be great.

The child car seat was terrible. It was dusty and had bad smell. It was like the company has been using for over 10 years without cleaning. My daughter got allergy since the first day of using the car. The counter staff was also helpless. They kept asking me to buy more insurance package without checking the document that I chose super plus insurance package. And the last thing, the car wasn't Honda civic. Overall, it was quite terrible experience this time.

I waited half an hour for my car which was reserved ahead of time. The car was being "cleaned" at the time but when I got it the back door had some cups in it. Otherwise a smooth experience.
