Extremely dissatisfied with Greenmotion's service; I will never choose this rental company again.

The efficiency at the pick-up and drop-off points is somewhat low. Although the rental fee itself is cheap, there are additional charges for car wash when returning the car and for crossing borders from the Netherlands to Belgium and from the Netherlands to Germany, which are not insignificant (smaller rental companies can indeed be quite tricky).

Car was new and perfect

Like: Car was nice and new. Shuttle back was fluent. Good price and quality ratio.
Dislike: Shuttle stop could be explained more clearly. Could not find picking up location.

Like: The rep was super friendly and welcoming. Very helpful as well and understanding. We explain our situation and she gave us a clear explanation of the charges and suggested some of our option for rent. The location is not exactly at the airport. You have to take a free shuttle bus to get to the location of the vendor. Tried calling when we arrive at Schiphol and no answer, BUT, she apologize because it was a busy day and were not able to answer the phone. When we were there, there were a lot of customers as well so we understood. Overall, she treat us very nicely and did apologize for not answering the call. So there is absolutely no issue here.
Dislike: No detailed instruction for the tourist. Please state that we have to take a bus to get to the location. If you have this in the confirmation email, im sure no other customer will go around IN the airport looking for the "vendor name" booth. In my case, vendor name is Green Motion. Thanks
