poor counter service..always trying to find add on's for more $$$

Car not available at arrival. Car not cleaned properly.

Worst car rental service ever, they run out of economic or medium cars. And don't agree to make upgrades, they make a list of customer with my same situation and make us wait until car returns. After spend more than 3 hours need to go to my hotel with out car and return next day to pick the car.

First car interior filthy. Had to make new reservation to change pick up time. Agent insisted I needed Sunpass, which I did not $50 charge for nothing. Your deposit is excessive which most can not afford, I rent with many companies, none charge $500 deposit.

Service staff and shuttle are extremely slow and it took hours to get my car. Not acceptable at all!!

Like: Ann was amazing while picking up my vehicle. I'm very happy with the staff and prices. I will always come back.
