This is my second time renting a car at the airport. It's convenient, efficient, and there are no hidden charges.

The car rental and exchange points at Athens Airport are easy to locate. Even if you take a wrong turn, you won’t have to go far. Still quite convenient.

The car I picked up was not the model I reserved, and it turned out to be an electric car. I have almost no experience driving electric cars, and the dashboard indicated the handbrake wasn't released, so the car wouldn’t move. When I asked the staff, they had no idea either, and there was only this one model available with no alternatives except switching to a manual. On top of that, the electric car’s battery drained extremely fast, and I could only buy charging service from the store, which ended up costing more than fuel.

Good service attitude. There will actually be charges for time and mileage, plus an additional upgrade fee (they explained that the given vehicle was at the same price. Traveling with elderly, didn't want to spend too much time arguing, so I accepted as the price was reasonable).

Very satisfied, timely reminders.
