The car was clean but the fuel tank wasn't full. The car company argued that it was same to same when the booking document clearly mentioned that it is full to full. The staff at drop-off was quite helpful

I had to purchase insurance because the deposit was too high (over 3000€)...so I paid double the price of the rent :/

Took to log to get car. Drop off was easy. Shuttle said they couldn't take us to terminal 2 which is where our flight left from this was never mentioned anywhere

Picking up the car was very long, missing some organization. Bringing back the car, no information about the fact that you don’t need to wait

The price was 7€ however they wanted to block 1800€ on my CC incase of anything that happens to the car, which is a huge amount and of course I didn't have almost 2000€ , so the other option was to pay 81€ for the car insurance and they would only block 300€ then. So the car rental price was expensive at the end but there was no other options.
