Initially, no one answered our calls. Later, we had to take a Grab from K2 to K1, where they said we were late and wanted to charge a waiting fee. When returning the car, we contacted them an hour in advance, and called again as we were approaching, fearing we'd miss our flight if there were any delays. The return process was fairly smooth.

The car was quite old, and the key battery was almost dead when I took it. The car kept giving alerts the whole way back, which was quite troublesome. Other than that, everything was fine.

The Van is not toyota Hiace. And actually it is China brand Van. The Van is new. But the China Van Engine is very loud and no power. The transmission is not smooth. I prefer the Vender should not mention this is a Toyota Hiace since the performance is totally different.

The model mentioned is different from actual. This is totally different compare with Toyota Hiace
