Extremely satisfied. Despite us not speaking any foreign language and relying on a translation device, they patiently answered all our questions and efficiently handled all procedures. The car was nearly new with just over 7,000 kilometers. QEEQ is a trusted brand!

If a diesel car is provided, it would be helpful to give a necessary reminder, as diesel cars are not commonly used domestically and it's easy to make a mistake.

We are still waiting for a final statement, showing us, if any, additional charges, etc. When we arrived back at the drop-off, we were not given the final statement. I just assumed that this would be sent to us via e-mail. This still has not happened. We had a deposit put on the car, and also we paid for the toll across the Oresund Bridge between Denmark and Sweden. This is not a big deal, I would just like to see a copy indicating the final reckoning. Thank you.
