While the exterior paint looked new, the interior was outdated, and the leather seats were dirty and worn, though the cleanliness was acceptable. Overall, I don't recommend Yesaway car rentals, even for flash rentals. They don't seem to take renters' safety seriously, especially with their joke of a safety seat. If you are traveling with a child, I suggest bringing your own simple child safety seat. Using and discarding it afterward would be better than the one provided by the rental company. It seems all of Thailand uses such basic safety seats. Southeast Asia might still be in an era where safety seats are merely to avoid fines and not genuinely for children's safety.
