The address is at the car park on the 1st floor opposite Terminal 1, easy to spot the sign. 4. Returning the car is even simpler; the staff just walked around the car to check and it was done. 5. From Terminal 2, there is a shuttle bus to take you there. 6. Remember to leave some extra time for check-in!

The company provides excellent service. The staff is very helpful and they offer car pick-up service from the hotel, which is very considerate.

Efficient, reliable, and convenient service

Our rented car model was perfect for the trip, though things for improvement with regards to the car would be a faulty rear sensor (affecting the parking process) and faulty left/right signal sound (working normally, though no internal car sound on usage). Otherwise Kasina's staffs were very professional and friendly throughout the collection and return process.
