Simple and efficient

Language barrier! Forced to buy insurance, why didn't the rental company notify me in advance? Then they didn't help when I had to go back to cancel it, who is responsible for the inconvenience caused! I will never use this rental app again.

Returning the car was also convenient, and they arranged a car to take us to the airport. Although this company is relatively small, we saw many of their cars on the road in Australia, and their service was good.

Explanation of the automatic billing for the road Tolls was good. Explanation of the additional insurance was a little harder to fully understand as this was different to the EasyRentalCars insurance statements.
