The rear mudguard of the car was accidentally knocked off by my husband, and it cost £56 at the repair shop to glue it back on. When returning the car, the front mirror was scratched, and both the front and rear mudguards were slightly damaged. They withheld £150 for repairs, but the final repair bill was over £600. Because I had insurance, the £150 covered everything. Overall, I am very satisfied with this car rental company! I recommend that anyone not used to driving a right-hand drive car get insurance when renting a car in the UK.
