The service desk is located in the arrivals hall at the airport, making it easy to find. The process was completed quickly, and we picked up the car at 8 a.m. The staff was well-prepared. After completing the paperwork, someone escorted us to the car, which was parked right outside. The vehicle was new, clean, and the staff helped install the child safety seat. Return: Be sure to remember the return location and contact number. The location is important because there are many forks near the rental car area at Bangkok Airport, making it easy to take a wrong turn; follow the navigation. The contact number is for calling the staff 10 minutes in advance so they can meet you for the car return. However, when we called, no one answered, so we went straight to the counter at the site. The return process was very fast. Overall, it was an excellent experience—fast service, good car condition, and no pushy upselling. Highly recommended!

The pick up process was very smooth and more so was the drop. I was worried as I had arrived a bit late to the airport and I had informed the staff to keep the formalities to minimum and they were more than helpful in understanding the situation. Kudos to the cooperative team
