waited to long for everything. shuttle, to get the vehicle, shuttle back to airport.

I had just returned a car to pick this car up and had to wait in a long line for over 30 minutes. Other than that it was smooth from that point.

Right now I’m alil confused on why I have been charged from this company and the car rental place!

We had excellent customer service when dealing with lost and found. The cost of having it mailed to us through Fed Ex (the company they use) would have been exorbitant so luckily we knew someone who could pick it up and mail it to us.

More staff needed at peak times.

The rudest and dishonest people that I ever deal with, taking advantage of people and charge them without their authorization, under a very busy, hot and long line of waiting to get to the counter they ask you to sign a paper that is totally opposite of the verbal agreement, i specifically told them that I do not need any of their extra protection or liability insurance, yet they charged me extra and accused me that I signed the paper agreement without noticing of those charges. I am trying every day to call them and talk about my issue but the line is always busy and no matter how long you are waiting you could never reach to customer service.

The price shown on online booking was different from the counter.
