Very good, the vehicle was new and clean, they even provided bottled water. The staff were enthusiastic and greeted us at the arrival hall.

Friendly staff, offered an upgrade

When picking up the car, I noticed a strange noise from the engine. The staff assured me it was fine, but on the last day, the car wouldn't start. After waiting for an hour and a half, someone arrived on a motorcycle and checked the battery, which was fine. They spent about an hour trying to fix the car but failed. They then suggested replacing the car, which would take another two hours. By this point, it had already been over three hours since the issue occurred. By 5:30 PM, there was still no replacement. I called for assistance and was told to take a taxi to the airport to return the car. The customer experience was extremely poor. I had to carry my child, luggage, and their baby car seat in a taxi to the airport. They took the broken car but left the baby seat at my hotel, so I needed to take an additional seat to the airport, where there was no communication or explanations during the process.

Car was new & was great driving it around.

Great as the packages are reasonable based on category of car types. Good to have such service.
