The vehicle is brand new and has a spacious rear. We managed to fit two 28-inch suitcases, a 20-inch suitcase, and a large handbag perfectly. The staff explained everything very clearly and were extremely polite! The rental company processed our order quickly without any extra charges! We're very satisfied with their service attitude! This experience added so much enjoyment and comfort to our trip!

Basically satisfied. I asked the staff if the Mazda 3 and Mazda 3 Sport were the same category. They said yes, but the pictures looked different. I booked it for the Mazda 3 Sport.

The car booked was supposed to be a 1.6ltr Mazda3 but car received was a Toyota Corolla 1.3lt with 70,000km on the clock. Hardly what we ordered!

We got a 130,000km old car, barely made it uphill, very stinky and with a leaky air con that made driving with 38dgs outside a nightmare. The staff didn’t really speak English and the only thing they made clear was that upon return the car needed to be refilled in a specific gas station and that they would need to check the invoice. Unsurprisingly this has station had the most expensive gas in Kyoto, 20¥/ltr more than anywhere else! A rent a car to avoid!
