This time the car was provided by TIMES! They transferred my order to another company without informing me beforehand, causing me to wander around the pickup point looking for my car! I wasted over an hour and had to make an international call to Zuzuche customer service to complain, only to find out it was TIMES! I think Zuzuche is largely to blame! They must seriously reflect on my unpleasant experience and compensate me for my losses!!!

The entire service was incredibly hassle-free. The Japanese staff took care of everything for me. Before heading out, they recommended I get the ETC card, which made highway travel much more convenient. The vehicle was unexpectedly upgraded from the basic Mazda 2 to the Japanese version of the Mazda CX30, which came with a rearview camera, adaptive cruise control, and more.

This time at Nagoya Airport, the car was serviced by Times. The staff there were very helpful, especially the young lady who spoke excellent English. She went through all the documents with me, page by page, placing them in a plastic folder for me. She then used a flashlight to show me the condition of the car, and sat in the passenger seat to explain all the controls in detail. After thoroughly explaining everything, she bowed and left.
