Great car, but not cleaned well by Europcar

The car was great but smelled very badly of stale cigarette smoke from one of the previous renters. This was confirmed by the Europcar staff at the dropoff location. This really affected our enjoyment of the car as our clothes and belongings started to stink of smoke too.

“Good car rental experience but don’t be late in returning the vehicle.”

The staff at pickup was very good. At drop off I was surprised at the extra cost for 4 hours. I paid roughly 150 Euros for the 7 days initial rental. I was charged 60 Euros for the extra 4 hours beyond my designated return time. I feel this was excessive.

Everything was great. I used QEEQ.COM for two separate car rentals on this trip (Ireland and Netherlands) and will use QEEQ again in the future.
