The car we initially got was significantly different in size from what we booked, but it was quickly replaced after negotiation. However, finding the car was a hassle. Despite its close proximity, unclear instructions from the staff made us search for half an hour.

The store is very close to both Innsbruck and Salzburg train stations, making pickup and drop-off very convenient. I booked a BMW X1, but it wasn't available, so I got a same-category BENZ instead, which was also very good to drive.
