I chose Tamra out of three rental companies because the reviews mentioned Chinese service. However, the so-called Chinese service is just adding a WeChat account in Chinese to ask questions directly. There are no staff members who speak Chinese at the store; communication is all in Korean or English, so it's manageable if your English is decent. The WeChat staff had a poor attitude and responded very slowly, providing no real help and significantly affecting my travel experience. I won't choose Tamra again. Driving around Jeju Island is very convenient and easy. Except for the city center, which has more traffic, other areas are not crowded and are great for driving.

Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

Overall, a pleasing experience. Car condition wasn't exactly cleaned. There's some dents and scratches as well. However I am satisfied.
