Pretty good. The car model is a bit old, but it's totally sufficient for travel. The rental company didn't make a fuss about our slight delay.

Pickup was fast, and drop-off was also convenient! Compared to other companies, Little Yellow Chicken was more cautious during pickup and had many terms to sign, like what's included in the insurance, no smoking, and no eating durian! The thing that was a bit unacceptable was that there were numerous new BR-V cars at the pickup point, but I was given an old model with faded and chipped interior, a non-working Bluetooth, and a data cable that couldn't connect. However, as you know with Japanese cars, even after 120,000 kilometers, it still drives well!

Easy pickup and drop-off, relatively new vehicles, excellent service.

The staff kept asking for a tip and asked me if I liked marajana. I think that tell you all you need to know. Awful and I’m still waiting for my deposit back.
