Satisfied with the service. The on-site process was quick. The vehicle's exterior was checked in advance. Although the car was an older model, the most important thing was that the interior was clean.

KLIA terminal1なら目の前の駐車場なので便利です。T2到着だと送迎が必要なのでwhat'sAppでのやり取りが発生します。待ち合わせ場所は複雑ではないので迷いませんでしたが、朝8時から営業開始なので早朝便で到着すると長い時間待つことになるのが難点。ただしスタッフの方もとても親切でした。

I paid for Toyota Innova or similar car but they downgraded to a Malaysia made 4 door sedan. The size was much smaller and the staff rejected to change a similar car. I had no choice but to take the downgraded car. The Bluetooth audio took us 40 min and not able to connect my iPhone for GPS and audio. Most car rental companies rent the car with full tank of gas while this one left only less than half tank and the staff said to return the car with 3 bars. How could I return the car with exact measurement for 3 bars. Without any choice I had to fill up the tank almost full to benefit the next renter because there was quite a distance between KL city center and the airport.

Like: Pickup was fast and efficient. No long waits or etc. Everything has been pre-filled and basically had to just pick up the car.
Dislike: The person there was English illiterate. So communication was a bit of a barrier. They really need to improve on that. Not everyone in this world speak or read Chinese.
