It was okay. However, the process to pick up the car was odd as I had to go back to the counter just to sign a paper.

When I arrived at the Chic Car counter, they refused to give me the vehicle because the English name on my rental order (in Pinyin) did not match the English name on my ID. After negotiations between the Zuzuche staff and them, and providing an email proof that I am the same person, they finally gave me the car. The Zuzuche staff were very reliable and efficient. I will definitely use their service again next time.

There were very few people both when picking up and dropping off the car, no need to queue. Communication was smooth, which was helpful since renting a car is simple. They reminded me that the full insurance doesn't cover the tires.

Model given is not the same as we booked. But is of the same configuration.
