Good service, simple procedures

After getting my luggage, I saw the counter on the left. The staff member was either a handsome young man or a strong lady, it doesn't matter, it's their personal choice. The car inspection and rental process were very quick. Be sure to take detailed photos of the car when you pick it up to avoid trouble when returning it. However, the return process in Chiang Rai was simple; the staff just checked the exterior and fuel gauge.

Quite easy to locate

Good, but a bit hard to find.

The car rental counter was easy to find, as the airport is quite small. The local customer service staff were very patient, even though my English isn't very good and their heavy accent made communication harder. In the end, I understood all the details clearly.
