No complaints at all. Small nearly new Fiat was excellent for the week, exactly what was required.

The car had a lot of scratches but I took pictures and they were efficient in checking it was all ok.

Shuttle bus service poor and directions for car return very poor. I would not use surprice again.

It was a very pleasant surprise not to be given the hard sell for insurance and for that reason alone I would use them again.

The car was old and in poor condition. The Full/Full agreement was not honoured even though i was able to produce the paperwork. On pick up the counter staff were abrupt and unhelpful. The car had several dings and dents that were not recorded which is not good. There was no Air conditioning in the car. On drop off they were such more helpful but it did take a long time
