First-time rental, very satisfied. Both pickup and drop-off were extremely convenient.

The service personnel were very satisfactory, they answered calls promptly, and followed up on accidents in a timely manner. The car had been cleaned and was very tidy, but it was old with some scratches and dents. The left front bumper was slightly detached initially, and since we had an accident ourselves, the previous damage was attributed to us.

Extremely reliable company, the cars are very new and the interiors are very clean.

Like: Fuel economy. Clean interior. Minimum administrative work.
Dislike: Nothing.
