All process done via electronic and paperless. The communication in english is not so good. I don't have any issue with the car condition, the bus shuttle pickup and return to airport is very smooth. The instruction given via whatsapp is very clear. The car came with GPS but in Korean. Prefer to include English version.

Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

“Smooth and easy process”

I booked a Avante and they gave me a K3 which was nice. As I do not speak Korean, the in charge guy came to me and settled my processing. Everything was smooth and easy. He also took the time to explain to me some of the stuffs around Jeju and driving around.
