The service attitude was excellent. They clarified the need for additional services for cross-border travel, which I nearly forgot to select. The store is right in front of the airport and very easy to find.

Followed airport signs to locate the rental office, which is in the airport parking lot. All rental companies are together, so it's easy to find and convenient. The process was quite fast, and there weren't many people in line.

Rented the car near Salzburg train station and returned it near the University of Vienna. The return location was hard to find, and finding a gas station was even more difficult. However, they required the tank to be filled up upon return, and you couldn't just pay for the fuel.

The store is located underground in a park, very hard to find, with unclear signs. The staff's attitude was average; they didn't even inform us that the car was on a different floor and told us to find it ourselves.
