The worst rental experience ever. Couldn't find the company upon arrival, and no one answered the phone. Ended up waiting for a long time with children late at night. Signed a bunch of contracts and paid a deposit. During our rental period, we had a flat tire and replaced it at a local repair shop. We couldn't find the same brand tire, so we used a different one. After returning to our country, we were charged over 700 RMB because the tire wasn't the same brand. Multiple appeals to the platform were rejected. The after-sales service on other platforms like Ctrip and Fliggy has always been excellent. Never using this platform again. Everyone, be cautious, especially for international travel, with language barriers, they make you sign, and then deduct your deposit after you return. Stick to big platforms with better service.

Just for a small scratch, they deducted an 8000 THB deposit, clearly taking advantage of Chinese customers.

This car rental company is a scam. Everyone, do not rent cars from this company. When picking up the car, we told their staff that we would like to extend the rental by one more day. They said we could simply pay the same daily rate when returning the car. However, when we returned the car, they demanded 80% more for the extra day. When we asked to speak with the staff we had dealt with earlier, they claimed not to know who that was. We later found out that the section for staff signatures on the rental document was blank. They threatened to withhold our 5000B deposit if we didn't pay the higher fee. This is clearly unfair. Do not book cars here.

Check the car carefully for chipping and damage to the wheels. This company intends to cut off your deposit at the first opportunity.
