The staff was very patient, asking which countries we planned to visit, explaining how to purchase highway tickets and how to access parking lots. There was no pressure to buy insurance, and they clarified it wasn't necessary. Most importantly, their English was excellent, which is rare since many people in Europe don't speak understandable English.

Although the staff was very serious during pick-up, they didn't push insurance sales. The vehicle inspection during return was extremely thorough, even checking the tires by hand.
