The rental location is very convenient, right inside the airport. There is no pressure to buy additional insurance, but the pick-up and drop-off times are quite long. Make sure to allow enough time when returning the car. Be sure to carefully inspect the vehicle's exterior when picking up, as they are very meticulous during the return inspection and won't overlook even small scratches.

There was a watermark on the front passenger seat, which they claimed we caused. We only took photos of the car's exterior before renting, trusting the rental platform, and did not photograph the interior. I believe many others wouldn't think to photograph the interior either. When returning the car, we asked a few other customers, and none of them had photographed the interior. We didn't know about the watermark until the staff pointed it out during the return process. If it had been our fault, we would have dealt with it before returning the car. Since we didn't photograph the interior, (and the rental company also had no proof that the watermark wasn't there before we rented it), we were charged 90 euros. Initially, another staff member asked for 140 euros, but after we argued with them, they reduced it to 90 euros. We had to rush for our flight, so we had no choice but to agree.

Due to issues with the rental company, our plans were delayed by a full day, resulting in direct losses of 130 euros for two room bookings. On the day of the incident, the rental company staff promised to provide proof documents upon car return, which we could use to apply for a 30% discount on rental fees through the rental platform after returning to our home country. However, when we returned the car, they denied this promise and only offered compensation for one day's rental fee. After we returned home and applied for compensation through the rental platform, they refused and only offered to add one more driver for free on our next rental.
