On the day of the rental, we went to the airport to pick up the car. The process was quick and smooth, and the staff were very friendly. Adapting to driving on the left with a right-hand drive was faster than I expected. We even drove to Pai on mountain roads the same day, and both the road and car conditions were excellent.
