Pretty good. After arriving in the country, the pickup and drop-off parking lot is right across the exit. The staff will also confirm the car's condition with you for both pickup and drop-off. Returned the car about 25 minutes late, and the staff didn’t say anything.

My pick up location was changed at last minute although an hour before I called and they confirmed to pick from domestic counter when I reached it was closed andnthey asked me to reach international counter for paper work and finally my car was at domestic airport.
