I got the wrong car (Qasqai 5 seats, not Hyundai 7 seats), The tank was totally empty, 58 l diesel

The actual car did not match the one I booked. It was a bait and switch situation. I booked a Nissan Qashqai or at least a car of the same class, but was given a French car instead.

The car we booked was totally different from the one we received! We booked a Tiguan but were given a Duster. When we asked the rental company's staff, they said they didn't even have a Tiguan! They just put a picture there to deceive people! On the day we booked, the Duster was only around 200 per day, while the Tiguan was over 600 per day. If we'd known we were getting a Duster, we wouldn't have booked it for that much more; we could have saved thousands. When picking up the car, they promised to switch the car and deliver it to the hotel, but when we called the next day, nothing happened! This rental company is terrible.

The car rental company lacked the necessary credentials. They should not accept bookings if they cannot provide the specified vehicle. Complete payment was taken, but the car provided was not as agreed, and they were hours late. This was the most unreliable car rental I've ever dealt with.

Le service est courtois et respectueux et le personnelle est agréable, j"étais un peu déçu car jai fait un retour a 23h et demandé le service de raccompagnement chez moi, mais ils ont refuse après me l avoir promis au moment du pick up, je devais cherché un taxi ou me débrouiller a 23h du soir a Casablanca

Had to look around and ask 3 to 4 people where they were located . They were in the car park but there was no visible sign , maybe a sign 10/12 ft high up so people can see where to go . Also drop off location was quite difficult to find . Overall booking and car was good .
