In Morocco, this car rental company seems to be one of the few that doesn't push unnecessary sales. The staff may come across as a bit cold, but overall, the experience is acceptable. Cars are picked up and returned with an empty fuel tank. Make sure to request your deposit refund when returning the car.

The service from Hertz was excellent. They paid close attention during the car pickup and inspection process, and even reminded me to record a video of the vehicle at the time of pickup. The only surprise was the high preauthorization amount, which seemed to be around 12,000 dirhams. They explained that this was because I purchased supplemental insurance through QEEQ instead of the full coverage offered by the rental company, and in case of damage, deductions would be necessary. However, the preauthorization amount has been restored since then, which took about one month.

Speaks English, easy to communicate. The car is in good condition with only 20,000 kilometers. When picking up the car, a 14,000 AED pre-authorization was processed, and upon returning, they briefly inspected the vehicle and immediately released the pre-authorization.

The staff at the store were very welcoming, and the process was handled quickly. When the car arrived, another cheerful guy joined us for the vehicle inspection. He was very friendly and funny.
