The car was an old Ford and consumed a lot of fuel. They tried to upsell insurance once. When returning the car, the staff just gave it a quick check without being too strict. During pickup, they provided a small card explaining that minor scratches within the card's area didn't need to be noted. For fuel, you return the car with the same amount as when you picked it up, no need to fill it completely.

Alamo continues to exceed my expectations by always delivery the car that I have booked and dreamed of driving! Amazing service that was swift and fuss free! No hard selling of insurance and the staff at the car pick up area and drop off were literally the most relaxed and casual!

Price drop protector could be better by providing more active updates!

Like: I rent a small car and they exchange it with a brand new one, slightly bigger, nicer and neat! The problem was that someone broke into my car and stole my bag with all my papers and money, causing a small damage on the key lock at the driver’s door. The guys at the rental showed me sympathy for my loss and they didn‘t ask for anything, solving me in this way, a huge problem! I‘m so greatfull about this and I will definetly rent from them in the future!
Dislike: Nothing. Everything was perfect!
