Really good, even though my flight was delayed, they waited an extra hour for a small fee. Very satisfied.

we rented 2 cars, both at brand new conditions, only travelled for 1500km. no hassle at all, staff is waiting for you at the returning spot, no waiting needed

nothing wrong with the app, acceptable.

There were too many existing scratches that is impossible to go through during pickup process. The car need serious polishing which would buff out all the scratches to let the customer a fresh car to start with. Return was misleading where during pickup was told to return to where we pick up the car. But on the day of return, it's a different area.
