The staff had a bad attitude and lacked patience.

There are only two staff members, and each customer takes 20 minutes. Being third in line means waiting for more than half an hour. When I arrived at the airport, the rental company didn't answer the phone. I had to call twice before they picked up on the third call.

Terrible service. We had to wait 4.5 hours to collect our car and another 90mins for the shuttle to get us to the airport after drop off.
